DELIVERY

All air rifle pellets are sent out via Royal Mail 2nd Class, they will be dispatched the same day if your order is recieved before 10am, after this time, they will be packaged and dispatched the following working day.

If you need you pellets in a hurry, you also have the option topurchase 24hr Royal Mail 1st Class postage. The costs for this are displayed on the check out page. If you order is recieved before 11am, it will be dispatched the same working day, otherwise it will be sent the following working day.

High value items like scopes and thermals will be sent recored and signed for via Royal Mail or Parcel Force. This will be made evident to you upon checkout.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted, the return needs to be recoreded with us within 3 working days, and the items need to be returned to us within 30 days, in the same unopened and unused condition that they were delivered to you in, using packaging suitable to prevent any damage. The return postage and packaging is the sole responsiblitly of the customer

Damaged or faulty items must be reported to us within 3 days in writing via email or the contact us page.  We may as for photos of the faulty product, so we can make an accurate assement of the path we need to take in order to helpp you the best.
