How Fast Can I Have My Air Gun Ammunition Or Accessories?

If your order is placed by 10am on the day of purchase, we will send out your order the same working day. Orders placed after 10am will be packaged and sent the following working day. All air gun ammunition and air gun accessories are normally sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class and will typically take 2-3 days after dispatch.

If you need pellets quickly, you can opt for Royal Mail 1st Class at checkout. Orders will be sent out on the same day if ordered before 11am or the next working day if ordered after, and usually arrive within 1-2 working days.

What Delivery Options Do You Have?

We send out all items via Royal Mail 2nd Class as standard unless stated otherwise. You can choose 1st Class delivery at Checkout for a faster service. For some items and where stated in the product description, we will send your order through recorded and signed-for services, using both Royal Mail and ParcelForce.

Can You Ship My Air Gun Ammunition Internationally?

At this time, we are only able to offer delivery within the UK. We are a UK-based business and currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

How Do I Return An Item?

We make returns simple here at JaxWorld, but we would like to think you never need to!

Returns are possible within three days of the item being delivered providing that the product is returned to us in the same, unused condition that it was delivered to you. Notify us within this time frame to receive a full refund. Postage costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.

If an item is faulty or damaged upon delivery, then you can choose between a refund or a replacement providing stock is available. If your item is faulty, let us know and we will provide shipping details directly to you. We may require photos of the issue but don't be alarmed - this is only in order to find the best solution for you.

What Is An Air Gun Ammo Sampler Pack And Why Do You Sell Them?

We stock a wide range of different air rifle ammo that all offer different calibres, weights, uses and more. Each pellet type may respond differently to different air guns and rifles, and for some ammo, even the batch can make a difference. To help you find the perfect air rifle ammo for your gun, we can supply sampler packs of the ammo we stock, usually in quantities of 50 or 100 pellets. You can try them out and work out the best one for you, your rifle and your chosen use (e.g. hunting, match, hobbyists)

Once you've determined the best pellet for you, we can supply you with the exact same pellet and batch number in a full tin, so you can go forward with complete confidence that the shots you take are the best ones for your rifle.
